Media Kit

We are in the process of re-developing this page so stay tuned for more soon! We plan for this page to be a one-stop shop for journalists and bloggers wanting background information and images to assist them in preparing articles, blogs and interviews about Touching Base.

In the meantime, here are some pictures from our Patron’s Fundraising Event held April 10th, 2014. Please contact us if you would like any of these photos in a higher resolution for print media. You will find a simple synopsis about us and all our contact details, including social media, below. You can also find personal stories from clients, carers and family, on the Stories page of our Clients section.

About Touching Base Inc

Touching Base is an unfunded volunteer-based group in Sydney dedicated to assisting people with disability and sex workers connect with each other. Since 2002 we have worked hard to shift attitudes in recognising the sexual rights of people with disability and the human rights of sex workers.  We do this by providing a free information service, delivering unique workshops for disability workers and sex workers, addressing legal issues, publishing resources and publicly advocating for positive changes. Most importantly we operate a unique referral list of disability friendly sex workers and accessible brothels that is now growing across Australia.
