Touching Base would like to find out whether ‘Clearly Picturing Your Sexual Needs’ is a helpful resource. We would like to know how ‘Clearly Picturing Your Sexual Needs’ is being used and whether changes are needed to make it even better. This short, anonymous survey has been designed to find out this information. There are 15 questions in this survey. It will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.
